      Energy Efficiency Program Manager
      Location : Remote PA

      To support our recent growth in the Northeast Region we are currently seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead one or more of ICF’s energy efficiency programs. As a Program Manager, you will lead the development and management of one or more energy efficiency programs, build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement program strategies and plans, as well as develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies.

      What you will be doing:

      • Program design to include identification, analysis and selection of appropriate product offerings for effective program delivery

      • Program implementation to include developing program theory, design, delivery and successful execution of utility-based programs

      • Developing comprehensive plans to include resource/labor, communication, implementation, project and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)

      • Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide leadership with relevant status updates and trending information

      • Manage program forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing regulatory support

      • Mentoring, leading, and collaborating with portfolio/program team members

      • Managing subcontractor teams

      What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

      • Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, Sustainability, Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related discipline with 3+ years' experience working with Energy Efficiency Programs/Projects OR

      • High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience working with Energy Efficiency Programs/Projects

      • Master's d egree in environmental studies , Sustaina bility, Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, Marketing or Business Management or related

      • B udget management and managing to performance metrics

      • Ability to establish and manage influential partnerships at all levels

      • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities

      • Demonstrated experience with business development and client development

      • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and quality assurance/control theories, techniques and application

      • Recognized competency both internally and externally for expertise in functional area

      • Firm understanding in procurement best practices and contract administration

      • Industry certifications, professional affiliations, and publications

      • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are critical

      • Team player with the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

      Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

      The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

      $88,779.00 - $150,924.00
