      Position Description:

      We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.
      The L1 Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
      The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
