Develop and Create Photos and Videos - Works with the marketing and communications team to create, produce, film/photograph and edit digital media content. This includes portraits of students and faculty; covering events, guest speakers, art exhibitions and performances; long-form interview videos to accompany feature stories and short-form clips for social media.
Digital Asset Management - Leads the creation of a system that makes digital assets accessible to the marketing and communications staff and to the overall college faculty and staff. Continues the organization and archiving of those assets.
Social Media - Works with marketing and communications team on visual storytelling specifically for social media.
Information Awareness - Maintains awareness and knowledge of current photography and videography production trends and technological advances.
Maintain Photo Directory - Takes faculty and staff photos for the college website.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of experience in a creative work environment producing photography and video projects.
Proficiency with Macintosh systems & utilities and proficient in Apple Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
Mastery of digital SLR and Cinema cameras, image editing, cinema camera operations, set design, continuous and strobe lighting, post-production editing, color grading and audio editing.
Drone photography and videography skills.
Five years of experience in video production and photography.
Proficient with 3 axis gimbals, manual and automatic sliders and external recording devices.

We're seeking a Multimedia Project Coordinator to be responsible for implementing strategy and overseeing the production of photography and videography needs to fulfill the mission of the college.
