What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and audio, to support training, outreach, and communication efforts
- Communicate scope, capacity, and timeline for delivery of multimedia deliverables
- Edit video and audio files to create professional, accessible materials
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop visuals for courses, live events, and online learning experiences
- Support the Social Media Coordinator by providing multimedia assets for posts and campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in video and audio editing, as well as graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, Powtoon, Final Cut, and video/audio recording equipment
- Creativity and strong visual storytelling skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality products on schedule
- Responsiveness and ability to adapt to shifting project needs
