What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, record, and produce instructional videos, podcasts, screencasts, and event recordings
- Create digital graphics, motion graphics, and animations for educational content
- Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to ensure multimedia aligns with course objectives
- Manage multimedia equipment and provide technical expertise on various media platforms
- Support the creation of accessible and engaging multimedia assets for online and on-ground courses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Instructional Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of multimedia experience, including video/audio recording and editing
- Proficiency in multimedia production software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with LMS platforms, particularly Canvas, and applying UX design principles
- Ability to produce WCAG-compliant media and ensure accessibility standards are met
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing professional graphics and visuals using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proven ability to effectively moderate and support virtual events using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
