- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Keep the service drive, lot, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
- Assist with vehicle retrieval when service is complete.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to enhance the customer experience.
- Occasionally answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and assist with basic inquiries or direct the call to the correct person.
- Support team members with light administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in customer service, porter/lot attendant, or general support roles is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers in a polite, helpful manner.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a courteous and energetic Porter and Greeter to welcome guests, assist with vehicle handling, and support our dealership operations. This key front-line role ensures a great first impression for our customers and helps keep things running smoothly both inside and outside the building.
