What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with PK-12 teachers and educators to coordinate field trips and virtual programs
- Track and maintain PK-12 bookings using Asana and ACME platforms
- Relay scheduling information and special accommodations to the WHS Education team
- Assist in creating and coordinating educational materials for PK-12 experiences
- Compile evaluation data from surveys and other feedback methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must enjoy working in a team-oriented office environment
- Interest in PK-12 education and ability to communicate effectively with educators
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Dependable and punctual with a willingness to learn new skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or study in history, education, or museum-related fields
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms like Outlook and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to listen to the needs of educators
