- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
- Familiar with reading and understanding music cue sheets.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $51.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Summary
We’re looking for a critical thinker and teammate who can quickly develop an understanding of our operations, culture, policies, and procedures and excel in working in a dynamic, heavy workload environment. You'll provide full administrative support to the TV+ Music Clearance department working directly with the team across all aspects of programming, short form, promos and digital content. This role will be involved in the production process; communicating regularly with all teams across TV+. You will craft and maintain informational charts; update music rights database, tracking grids, review music cue sheets, proofread, and summarize documents, and file and draft correspondence for the team. This job has a lot of range in the work and in the level of people you will interact with; you’ll need to be sensitive to information requiring discretion. It’s exciting, fun, and you will learn a lot about a lot!Description· File final cue sheets and input all cue information into tracking document. · Collect music credits and Apple Music links from licensors for social media posts. · Follow up on licenses and invoices for ATV+ Studios projects. · Coordinate sending confirmation letters, invoices and W9’s to production accountants for ATV+ Studios projects. · Send out library confirmation letters for final assets · Import historical and current data into music licensing tracking systemMinimum QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsAbout the company
