- Designing, facilitating, and conducting activities for residents alongside the Life Enrichment Director
- Engaging with residents and performing in musically focused activities, such as "Name that Tune", "Sing-a-Longs", "Music and Movement" and Happy Hours.
- Leading or assisting in other activities where needed
- Maintaining a professional and caring attitude towards residents
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Experience working with seniors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to use computers, TV's, apps and other electronic devices
- A musical background
