      Aegis Living Callahan House, a beautiful memory care community is seeking a talented and creative individual to join their Life Enrichment Team in the music specialist role.

      Responsibilities

      As a Music Specialist, your contributions to the team may include:

      • Designing, facilitating, and conducting activities for residents alongside the Life Enrichment Director
      • Engaging with residents and performing in musically focused activities, such as "Name that Tune", "Sing-a-Longs", "Music and Movement" and Happy Hours.
      • Leading or assisting in other activities where needed
      • Maintaining a professional and caring attitude towards residents

      Qualifications

      Qualifications and Requirements:

      • Caring and compassionate attitude
      • Experience working with seniors
      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Ability to use computers, TV's, apps and other electronic devices
      • A musical background
