East Penn School District Salary Schedule 2025/2026
Step 1 - Bachelor Degree - $64,500
Step 1 - Master Degree - $69,750
Salary and benefits in accordance with terms of the East Penn Education Association collective bargaining agreement.
Please note that the East Penn School District considers years of service when determining the starting salary.
