What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software applications
- Analyze and document system requirements and user workflows to improve user experience
- Configure Epic environments and implement changes to meet end-user needs
- Manage small to medium projects, providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve system issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
- Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork
- Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field
