- Verify scheduled appointments are being met by offices
- Update files
- Ensure drivers are tracking on the ALC APP
- Update customer’s systems
- Update customers with critical information, etc
- Analyze and dispute customer scorecards
- Review and monitor reports in Power BI and ALX
- Support billing needs
- Daily customer reporting
- Update active load information into the system for the shipper and carrier tracking
- Update shipper files accordingly
- Complete ALC system training as required
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a National Accounts Coordinator. This position will assist in account development for any customer within our key corporate accounts in the National Accounts Division. Additionally, the position will be responsible for assisting in growing new accounts based primarily on the development of standard operating procedures, reporting, and helping with a variety of data and systems. This position will require analytical skills to develop synergies in our system and work with the National Accounts Team and from time to time offices to find efficient and effective solutions for our customer base.
