      About the position:
      Receives regular supervision. Develops, implements and/or maintains assigned programs and/or systems for department. Plans, coordinates and conducts standard and non-standard projects. Responsible for interpreting policy, and evaluating and modifying existing methods/processes as required and ensuring they are most cost effective. Typically works under normal office conditions where required to sit for extended periods of time. Regularly spend significant amounts of time working in front of computer terminal.

      You will:

      • Develop specifications, implement and maintain programs and/or systems to meet department needs.
      • Review reports and/or data and provide analyses, summaries and resulting action plans.
      • Plan, coordinate and/or conduct standard and non-standard projects or project segments.
      • Exchange information and resolve issues with multiple internal departments and/or outside organizations over a variety of program/project related issues.
      • Provide leadership, support and advice to lower-level personnel (typically non-exempt) in order to successfully complete projects.
      • Analyze current practices/procedures and make recommendations/decisions for change.
      • Maintain records with appropriate supporting material. Update records as necessary.
      • Performs related work as assigned.

      About the schedule:
      This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after completing the training period.

      About you:

      • Requires general business knowledge as would typically be acquired in a Bachelor’s degree. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.
      • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
      • Experience in a related field is preferred.

      About the total compensation package:


      Salary - $58,500 - $70,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
