- Assist in development, administration, and management of National Account Programs and Bids
- Assist with reporting, maintenance, and training associated with State Contracts, Cooperative Contracts, and GSA (Federal) Bids.
- Manage and update monthly National Accounts reports and results for North America.
- Main contact for National Account quotations (Quoting Tool). Need to train Dealer Network and answer any pending questions on quotes.
- Establish and manage key relationships with National Account customers as well as vendors.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of National Account events, i.e. ARA Show, World of Concrete
- Lead resolutions of Customer and Vendor issues to maintain good relationships and overall satisfaction
- Daily navigation of Dealer quotes and opportunities to confirm bid deals and improve overall exposure in the segment.
- Ability to write and update National Account policies, procedures, and overall guidelines.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KIOTI employees and Dealer personnel at all levels.
- Perform other National Account duties and miscellaneous special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ working experience in National Accounts in a similar industry required
- Operational experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. CRM experience is a benefit.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with employees and vendors at all levels.
- Excellent verbal, written, and overall communication skills.
- Working experience with database applications
- Ability to perform fast and accurate high-volume data entry. Must be self-motivated and have ability to multi-task.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of compact tractors, construction equipment, Turf, and UTV Products and market segments

JOB SUMMARY
KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a National Accounts Specialist to join our team remotely. The National Accounts Specialist performs professional and administrative work in coordinating the National Account functions in the areas of program development and management, bidding state and cooperative contracts, coordinating and approving quotations, and training the Dealer Network on processes and procedures. This individual is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in performing assigned tasks.
