- Be willing to commit for the duration of 12 months.
- Be available to perform duties in terms of the learnership program agreement.
- Adhering to the principles and values of the company.
- Following all instructions and procedures.
- Positive attitude conducive for learning.
- Participate in all learning and work experience required by the program.
- Matric certificate with Maths & English as passed subjects.
- No experience required.
- Reside in and around the Brits area.
- You must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 to 35 years.
- Applicants should not have participated in any learnership programme before.
- Ability to communicate in English as a medium of communication.
- Good hearing and good vision are some of the inherent requirements of this programme, therefore entry medicals will be conducted as one of the prerequisite for your employment.

Job Description
An opportunity to participate in the learnership programme exist at Bosch, Brits Plant. Successful applicants will be offered a 12 month’s contract to do theoretical & on the job training in our manufacturing Plant. The combination of learning outcomes that comprise this qualification will provide the qualifying learner with vocational knowledge & skills appropriate to the context of production technology. 25 successful learners will be expected to adhere to the following;
