Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy for Private Client Services to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Provide strategic direction to Regional Directors and advisor teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
Represent sales and service strategy in the PCS Management Committee and other leadership forums.
Identify and pursue national strategic business opportunities, cultivating relationships with strategic partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, families, private entities, and COIs.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and drive advisor accountability to performance and activity expectations through the Regional Directors.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Partner with internal Capital Group market research teams to conduct regular analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, partnering closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold ethical business practices.
You have exceptional industry experience, with a proven track record as a leader in wealth management and a deep understanding of private client needs.
You are strategic, partnering actively and looking holistically at the sales operating environment to identify opportunities for improvement that can create efficiency and accelerate growth.
You are an inspirational leader, helping advisors and associates visualize near and long term success, and instilling purpose and driving engagement in day to day prospecting and client service.
You are agile, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, and fast-paced business and possess the ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of strategic priorities.
You are collaborative, partnering seamlessly with teams across Capital Group, including marketing, product development, sales and service, to enhance the overall client experience and ensure alignment of sales efforts.

As the National Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our private client base on a national scale. In this critical leadership role, you will lead the Regional Leadership and sales teams responsible for client acquisition and retention.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $315,000-$355,000
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $315,000-$355,000
New York Base Salary Range: $315,000-$355,000
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
