      THE GIG

      Are you a logistical mastermind? Does the idea of 100,000 sky miles in a year excite you? Are you just as comfortable sitting at your desk as you are in front of a trade show booth networking with strangers? Do you take the same pride and attention to detail for a 20-person event as you do a 2,000-person event? If this sounds like you then you should keep reading and we should probably chat.

      The marketing team oversees all external client events and tradeshows across the country as well as client events which are hosted at our Headquarters. The National Event Producer will be responsible for owning these events from beginning to end. Majority will require travel with a few being local. An ideal candidate can communicate effectively, collaborate, juggle multiple events at once, is self-motivated, thrives under pressure, works well in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for event production/execution and logistics.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Represent the company at trade shows and social events, by networking with current and potential clients
      • Own development of events schedule, event documents and organization of information
      • Organize and manage communications between event team members and clients
      • Identify, negotiate and manage booking external resources as needed/requested (travel, technology, printers, facility’s needs, etc.)
      • Pack materials and ship to and from events
      • Set up trade show booths and staff the booth at events
      • Lead basic contract negotiations with venues and organizations
      • Effectively manage multiple events simultaneously
      • Experience working with planning tools (i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, logistics and deliverables schedules, event specs, meeting agendas and notes, etc.)
      • Develop, manage and communicate timelines for all components of the defined event
      • Track budget costs throughout the course of project and ensure timely vendor payments
      • Communicate scope changes that affect budget in a clear manner
      • Develop a positive working relationship with clients and vendor partners with a focus on business acquisition
      • Manage event communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required performances that impact events are documented and addressed with the key team members
      • Provide support to other event producers as requested (i.e. conduct research, shipping, stuffing and bagging giveaways etc.)
      • Foster a positive environment in the office and on the road
      • Provide best practice and future event recommendations based on experience

      WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

      • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in experiential marketing, production and execution preferred
      • Frequent travel is required. Must be willing and able to commit to 50-75% travel time away from the office
      • Experience traveling for business needs
      • Experience with Concur or similar travel software
      • Ability to maneuver, setup and take down large display booths Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Ability to take initiative, be proactive and have meticulous follow-through
      • Individual should be able to handle multiple responsibilities and juggle a busy schedule
      • Prior experience with Salesforce and Airtable is a plus
      • Ideal candidate must be hardworking, organized, and focused. A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently
      • Mortgage knowledge preferred
