      Title: Director, National Field Reimbursement

      Location: Remote

      The National Field Reimbursement Director is a leadership role for the development of strategic initiatives and educational efforts for patient in preparation for Galderma’s first biologic treatment. The role is in Galderma’s Prescription Business Unit and will have direct management of a field-based team who will provide reimbursement assistance, education, and general access support to patients with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.

      As the national leader of the Field Reimbursement team, you will manage and develop the performance of the regional leads, manage execution of strategic and tactical initiatives; monitor and manage the team’s compliance with the program’s business rules, serve as an escalation point for field-based access issues, work collaboratively with Legal, Compliance, Sales Directors, Market Access and Patient Services colleagues.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute training and on-boarding of the regional leaders
      • Support the regional leaders as they hire the field reimbursement team
      • Manage the development of the field reimbursement team's capabilities as the patient, business, and market evolve

      • Create appropriate metrics to measure performance, monitor and communicate those metrics to internal stakeholders
      • Develop and manage the on-going educational needs, develop on-boarding and training of the overall RFM team.
      • Ability to communicate directly with patients, caregivers, and family members about access challenges and provide solutions where possible
      • Lead development of impactful educational pre-launch and launch needs
      • Lead team that will be responsible for executing on access tactics and materials across all patient channels

      Skills and Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
      • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a reimbursement role, Biologics and launch experience preferred.
      • Demonstrated success managing a team
      • Experience with regulatory/material approval process
      • Strong ability to translate access issues to appropriate talking points for patient audience
      • Cross-functional experience required, proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners)
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers
      • Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights, to action).
      • Availability to travel >30% time
