What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead on-site implementation of complex automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide national level escalation support and repair electro/mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to field service engineers
- Build productive partnerships and transfer knowledge to internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant industry or military experience, or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in complex electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Willingness to travel domestically at least 80% of the time with short notice, and availability to work from a home-based office located near a major airport

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven customer-facing interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and network/LIS communication troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices and regulatory requirements
