Define and implement internal NHS data quality standards in partnership with external (NHSE) and internal stakeholders (e.g., revenue, data, IT) and hospital sites.
Provide accurate data to optimise business reporting and forecasting.
Plan and deliver national projects to improve NHS processes centrally and support hospital sites and other charity departments in implementation.
Engage with internal partners and stakeholders to support the operational delivery of day-to-day NHS activities.
Offer subject matter expertise on NHS commissioning and contracting.
Provide practical support to hospital sites during annual commissioning and contracting rounds.
Assist the bid team with activities such as Invitations to Tender (ITTs).
Support NHS engagement at national, regional, and local levels.
Expertise in NHS systems, processes, and contracting.
In-depth knowledge of NHS internal processes and systems, including PAS or comparable experience in a similar organisation.
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Strong ability to establish productive internal and external relationships and partnerships.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
