What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new business and develop large accounts within a defined territory
- Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity pipeline and client presentations
- Collaborate with co-workers and leadership to achieve sales goals
- Utilize networking and resources to generate leads and close sales
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of field or outside sales experience, focusing on hunting and closing
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven track record of strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling service solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business initiatives
- Familiarity with networking platforms like LinkedIn to source leads
- Previous success in breaking into challenging accounts and closing large deals
