As a National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business objectives and expanding our market presence.

      RESPONSABILITIES

      • Direct the activities of the sales team to achieve short and long-term business objectives, increase sales, and market share.

      • Work closely with distributors to drive the growth of key products.

      • Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth strategies, effectively utilizing promotional budgets and resources.

      • Maintain strong business-to-business relationships with key customer entities.

      • Provide directions to the team to ensure an effectively integrated and productive team, leveraging available tools and resources to achieve objectives, and train & develop expertise.

      • Communicate effectively across all divisions and support functions to achieve business outcomes

      • Maintain effective working relationships with customers and key industry groups.

      • Hold team members accountable for the delivery of projects and achievement of business results.

      • Ensure all activities of the team comply with relevant policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

      • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant sales experience with strong leadership skills

      • Broad commercial experience and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and key customers

      • Strong product and technical knowledge of the aqua health or aquafeed industry.

      • Background in aquaculture science or aquaculture farm management.

      • Proficiency in English or having working experience with multi-national companies is an advantage
