      Mölnlycke is now looking for a National Sales Manager Wound Care Germany to lead the home care sales team.

      As the new National Sales Manager, you will ensure that the individual sales regions achieve their targets while following company guidelines. You will be responsible for contract negotiations and continuously reviewing opportunities to improve efficiencies through the maintenance and growth of profitable relationships and drive the implementation of Commercial Excellence ideologies.

      You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas

      • Ensure the Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and Parallel Importers are meeting their targets
      • Ensure the organisational structure and sales representatives meet market challenges and opportunities
      • Mentor and develop strong Regional Sales Managers
      • Responsible for allocating cost budgets within the established limits and setting prices and conditions within these limits
      • Continued transformation of the brick cell/prescriber market coverage model to an integrated coverage model (F2F, virtual sales, direct Mails and digital marketing)
      • Represent Mölnlycke's values, attract and develop talent and represent the company to external stakeholders such as top customers and opinion leaders
      • Ensure the companies high performance behaviours are demonstrated and implemented across the team

      What you’ll need

      • Academic degree in business administration or an equivalent experience
      • Several years of sales and management experience with a proven track record
      • Well-developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
      • Strong product and market knowledge in the wound care sector
      • Excellent German and fluent English language skills
      • Strong customer network within the Home Care sector
