What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales excellence and enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies of commercial teams
- Assess training needs and develop and deliver training solutions
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback
- Develop and deliver training and product support programs for new product launches
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop training content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical devices/healthcare industry preferred
- Skill in developing training programs and curriculum
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated track record of sales success preferred
- 4-5 years of sales experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Active compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination
