      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage onboarding and training needs of new representatives across the assigned geography
      - Conduct assessments and provide coaching during field visits, documenting observations in Salesforce.com
      - Collaborate with Regional Sales Leadership to identify and address local training needs
      - Facilitate regional classroom training to enhance business acumen
      - Communicate knowledge gaps among the field sales team to National Sales Trainer for remediation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development of others
      - 3-5+ years of medical sales and/or relevant business experience, preferably in the diagnostics industry
      - Strong ability to communicate challenging content and provide effective coaching
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Valid driver's license

      - Experience in the diagnostics industry
      - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through training initiatives
      - Strong presentation skills and creativity in training development
      - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
      - Previous experience with Integrity Selling® training programs
