What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance the Salesforce platform for regional sales teams
- Create training documentation, including templates and videos, to educate users on business processes
- Conduct regular training sessions, including train-the-trainer sessions for Salesforce Regional Super Users
- Mentor regional Salesforce Super Users by organizing user groups and fostering knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on system improvements and communicate updates and success stories to the sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce in a support capacity
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training and development, including live training delivery and documentation creation
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience in creating and hosting presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and Consultant certifications
- Experience working with sales teams and understanding sales processes
