What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners, including phone calls and dispatching service
- Set up replacement rentals for clients in need of alternative transportation
- Research delays for roadside service and communicate with vendor partners for status updates
- Consult with customer decision-makers regarding the vehicle repair service process
- Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors and Fleet drivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the Metro Kansas City area or surrounding MO/KS counties
- Two (2) years of experience in customer and/or vendor support
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
