      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and oversee national clinical service programs to align with strategic goals
      - Create and execute strategic plans to optimize resources and enhance service delivery
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and healthcare providers
      - Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance and outcomes to senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in medical device, sales, clinical service, or education
      - Strong leadership skills and ability to lead in a high-growth environment
      - Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for data-driven decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth clinical service expertise
      - Knowledge of the electrophysiology customer base
      - Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, or technical services in the medical device industry
      - Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and resource management
