      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and oversee national clinical service programs aligned with strategic goals
      - Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to enhance service delivery
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and healthcare providers
      - Monitor and evaluate program performance, implementing improvements as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in medical device, sales, clinical service, or education
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead in a high-growth environment
      - Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities
      - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and making data-based decisions
