What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze prospects needs and interests to determine appropriate products and services
- Present Paychex PEO products to decision makers and end users to achieve sales goals
- Partner with COA to ensure successful onboarding to the PEO
- Manage and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience
- 3 years of experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training helpful
- Must be willing to travel outside of geographical territory for meetings and training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Previous experience in a similar sales role in the human resources industry
