      We are currently seeking a National Voluntary Benefits Consulting Leader

      We will count on you to:

      • Partner with LAD/VB Leadership team peers to address pressing challenges faced in the market and to collaboratively deliver differentiated strategies and solutions to carry out Mercer’s value proposition
      • Lead senior level VB Consulting colleagues and teams with winning, expanding and retaining large and mid-market accounts as a strategic component of Mercer’s US Health Practice
      • Assist in developing custom strategies and solutions to address account and/or prospective account needs and effectively present or assist with presentation to senior colleagues or accounts/prospects
      • Work to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and address escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction
      • Nourish and grow professional relationships across the firm and with market partners; operate with the utmost focus, integrity, and growth mindset in all areas of the role
      • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company

      What you need to have:

      • Bachelor’s Degree required
      • Voluntary, Health, or Financial experience required
      • 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management, Sales, or Benefits Administration
      • Strong financial and business acumen
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple and conflicting priorities
      • Strong collaboration and influencing skills (relationship building and fostering with H&B colleagues)

      The applicable base salary range for this role is $151,000 to $302,500.

      The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
