- Maintain a sense of urgency during all events to ensure timely food & beverage delivery, bussing, and clearing
- Be attentive to guests, anticipate their needs, and comply with guest requests
- Complete proper and timely set-up and breakdown of concert event to include but not limited to set-up of concessions stands, food/drink stands, dishware, chairs
- Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Attend and actively listen during pre-shift meetings
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must be able to verbally communicate in conversational English
- Able to work well under high pressure and fast paced situations
- Understanding of basic food handling protocol
- Understanding of Ohio Liquor Law including service to intoxicated people
- Understanding of underage drinking laws
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
