Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Job description:
As a senior ncino business analyst you will be responsible for conceptualizing and shaping requirements and implement digital onboarding processes within commercial lending and deposit domain. You will be responsible for interfacing with clients for leading requirement management efforts in the capacity of a domain and nCino SME. You will closely and collaboratively work with both our customers and the engineering, architecture and design teams to help complete requirement journeys from conceptualization till fulfillment. As the nCino functional SME and product owner for a project you will guide the team in making the right choices to maximize success for the project and the customer. Our customers and implementation partners should see you as a trusted business analyst who have end to end knowledge of nCino platform processes for implementing onboarding journeys across lending and deposit products. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and carry the ability to interface with and coordinate activities of senior executives across the firm, operations teams, technology partners, and program managers. Prior salesforce knowledge with hands on experience in running SOQL and SQL queries will be a big plus.
Experience/Qualification
· Master’s Degree in Finance / banking preferably MBA
· 10+ years of Management or Technology Consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution in the areas of digital transformation, commercial lending and nCino implementation
· Hands on experience of leading and managing Business Analysis/ Requirement Management tracks for large banking (retail/corporate) projects
· Track record of consulting project delivery including managing business analyst teams, producing requirement deliverables, managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client executives
· Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
· Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability; willing to provide senior / top level client references
· Powerful verbal / written / communication / networking skills
· Experience in motivating and leading multi-cultural, cross functional teams
· Experience in managing and leading teams
· Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
· Familiar with offshore delivery model
· Should have good understanding of commercial lending concepts
· Should hold expert level knowledge on nCino platform workflows, customizations, flows, configurations etc.
· Should have good client handling skills
