      About the job

      As our new NRM Analyst you will join the European NRM Centre of Excellence (CoE) that is accountable for achieving ambitious growth and profitability aspirations across the European Zone. This is an operational role where you will be involved in rolling out NRM across the markets and developing the tools with senior team members. In particular, you will become the expert in understanding the opportunities and challenges within the categories using the five levers of NRM. The role further enables you to build a broad understanding of customer, category and competitor dynamics, and gives you first-hand exposure to commercial plans and cross-functional teams. As a part of the NRM team, you will:

      • Working with the wider NRM community to optimize processes and codify the ways of working across the European Zone
      • Partner with local & global senior stakeholders to embed NRM ways of working into the local market, grounded in an analytical approach
      • Support markets in their change journey towards a more digitally lead future around data and analytics
      • You will also drive your own initiatives from idea to execution
      • Train the Arla commercial teams in NRM philosophies, tools, analysis and executional tactics to build capabilities across the wider organisation
      • Continue to develop existing NRM methodology with the local teams, synthesize best practice and share those back with the markets

      You will be a part of a truly international team, based in Arla´s global headquarters in Aarhus, and the role will require 15-20 days of travelling per year.

      Who are you?

      The ideal candidate has minimum one year of experience from a commercial role in an FMCG company, in e.g. NRM, sales, category or finance. We will also consider recent graduates with relevant studies and internships - most importantly, you have P&L knowledge and knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools. You have a university degree in business administration/finance/economics/statistics, or similar, combined with strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and if you command PowerBI or other reporting systems it would be even better!)


      In addition, we are looking for candidates who possess with the following:

      • Independency in thinking and framing problems, and the ability to utilising data from various sources to provide insights necessary for making data-driven decisions
      • Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills – a growth mindset looking to find and implement solutions
      • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
