Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of working with .NET, Angular, and REST API
3 + years of experience with .NET CORE framework to include experience with building Micro Services
2+ years of experience in NoSQL/MongoDB and Kafka
2+ years of experience working on Scrum teams
2+ years familiarity with the CICD tools
2+ years familiarity working with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
2+ years of experience with common modernized testing frameworks
2+ years of UI development using ReactJS and other JAVASCRIPT frameworks
Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins, Antifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle
Experience in JAVA framework development is a plus
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge and understanding of technology architecture: distributed and client server technologies
An industry-standard technology certification – preferably cloud certification.
Experience building microservices based on event driven architecture and domain driven design
Experience in the Financial Services Industry is a plus
Drive a culture of automation, test coverage and architect for Micro Services, API, Cloud Native and Headless Architecture – Decoupling the front ends and backends of the technology stack
Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
Should have command knowledge on story estimations, design reviews, code reviews, quality code delivery
