Net Zero Production Program Manager

Role

Can you envision yourself delivering this ambition through partnerships by leading and supporting development of novel Thermal/Electrical energy solutions and by implementing hundreds of renewable energy projects at sites all over the world?
Your contribution as Net Zero Program Manager is essential to transforming HEINEKEN into the greenest global brewer by managing and coordinating the Net Zero Production Program that is driving the implementation of renewable energy projects at our operating companies (OpCos) globally.
Roles & responsibilities
· Programme coordination through the Integrated Net Zero Production team (i-NZP, a joint effort between several global teams) across the various project phases: 1) feasibility, 2) design, 3) implementation, 4) track, in close collaboration with global partners
· Deliver and manage continuous improvement of the Net Zero Production program in collaboration with the i-NZP team.
· Manage the Net Zero Production project management office
· Coordinate project execution with the Net Zero Production leads who deliver net zero solutions in cooperation with global partners and HEINEKEN operating companies
· Work together with relevant stakeholders of the i-NZP (e.g., OpCos, regions, Procurement, Finance, Projects & Engineering, Corporate Affairs, etc.). Maintain and where required establish relationships with external partners
· Reponsible with team to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation related to the Net Zero Production Roadmaps (data exchange, Assurance Review, Carbon roadmap tracking tools, etc.). Influence the OpCos to drive renewable energy projects by integrating CapEx/OpEx/CO2 reduction elements to enable proper decision making
Key Experiences
· Basic knowledge of brewing process and energy projects/technologies is desired
· Demonstrated experience in leading a program with a large number of projects across multiple geographies with hands-on experience in an FMCG environment
· Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills through written and verbal communication skills is essential
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are preferred
Your working environment
As Net Zero Production Program Manager, you will report to the Director Sustainable Production. You will be a member of a cross functional Net Zero Production team. You will be working in the international environment of HEINEKEN HQ and you will be in touch with colleagues from up to 60 different countries across the globe.
Your position is based in The Base, Schiphol, the Netherlands. Up to 10% travelling time is expected for this position.
Your profile
For this role we are looking for someone who has:
· 5+ years of experience in programme management, managing complex projects (Prince2 or equivalent accreditation preferred)
