What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary support specialist for NetSuite, managing support tickets and triaging incidents based on priority
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize business disruption
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure security and compliance
- Create and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support operational needs
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on NetSuite functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration
- Strong understanding of NetSuite security model and user roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proficiency in creating and modifying saved searches, reports, and basic workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- NetSuite Administrator certification
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic understanding), and CSV imports/exports
- Knowledge of best practices for ERP system administration and support
- 3+ years within a service industry setting, proficient with basic finance modules
- Experience with IT service management tools and ticket systems
