What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple NetSuite support and software engagements with minimal guidance while building client relationships
- Prepare for and facilitate client meetings to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of daily NetSuite support requests, including core transactions and workflows
- Document support tickets and resolutions clearly to meet compliance requirements
- Assist clients with bi-annual NetSuite upgrades and provide basic training on standard functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience, preferably in software, biotech, or wholesale distribution
- At least two years of consulting or business analyst experience
- Strong understanding of general business principles and basic accounting terminology
- Familiarity with multiple business system platforms and associated integrations
- NetSuite System Administration/consulting experience required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with compliance and audit-related topics
- Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions
- Keen desire to expand understanding of NetSuite and business systems
