      Introduction to the team

      As a NetSuite Sr. Consultant you will be responsible for serving as the functional consultant or lead managing the delivery of professional services on the NetSuite application for clients. Working with the rest of the Enterprise Systems Consulting practice (ESC), you will serve as the functional lead (or consultant based on the project) in assessing client needs, creating functional designs to solve their problems and implementing these solutions with the highest level of quality. You must have a passion for helping clients find ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.

      Responsibilities:

      • Delivery of NetSuite solutions including customizations, scripting, integrations, support case resolution and Q&A
      • Plan, manage and communicate the progress of your work stream, achieving project milestones, deliverables and maintaining momentum of projects
      • Document business and technical requirements and meeting notes as defined to support the allocated work effort
      • Maintain control of your work stream across multiple projects and assignments while sticking to tight deadlines
      • Ensure billable utilization targets are met providing high quality deliverables to the customer

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business
      • Minimum of 3 years of total experience, preferably in software consulting or support required
      • 2+ years of experience in NetSuite required
      • NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification is preferred
      • Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
      • Experience in business process mapping or light change management in support or in conjunction with a major software deployment initiative is preferred
      • Background and experience in Project Management, including experience developing work breakdown structures and project plans is preferred
      • This position is expected to travel 20%
