- Respond to customer incidents and updating tickets
- Troubleshoot customer networking issues
- Activate/Configure Network interfaces for customers across multiple locations
- Deploy/upgrade new network devices
- Move equipment between locations
- Follow established processes to support the NIH network
- CCNA certification
- Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Ability to lift/move heavy network equipment up to 50 pounds
- Experience with Wireless Infrastructure / 802.1x
- Experience with Monitoring Tools (i.e Sitescope/Solarwinds/Sciencelogic)

GDIT is seeking a Network Administrator to support the National Institute of Health (NIH) Center for Information Technology (CIT) Network Services Group. You will be part of a team that provides 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
Note: Work Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Required Experience: Minimum of one year of network administration experience
