Job Description

- Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network incidents
- Resolve all network-related issues and drive resolutions for uninterrupted business operations
- Rotate daytime/evening shifts and participate in after-hours/on-call support
- Conduct proactive audits of network devices to ensure compliance with security and operational policies
- Implement network change requests in accordance with formal Change Management (CM) procedures
- Install, upgrade, and maintain all network infrastructure components
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of processes in line with ITIL standards
- Continuously improve incident resolution quality and implement preventive measures
- Extensive experience with F5 LTM load balancers
- In-depth knowledge of Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls
- Strong administration experience with Cisco IOS routers and Nexus OS switches
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities across desktops, servers, networks, and firewalls
- Proficiency in network protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, and TCP/IP
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a responsible, professional attitude
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within remote, matrixed teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; or a minimum of 10 years of equivalent work experience in network administration
- Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale enterprise networks
- Willingness and availability to work off-hours, weekends, and on-call support rotations
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
