      Job Requirements:

      Job Title: Network Administrator - E-Commerce
      Location:
      Onsite - Richmond, Virginia
      Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required - Must be able to pass an enhanced background screening (criminal, financial, drug) for Public Trust clearance.

      Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our E-commerce operations team onsite in Richmond, VA. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing network infrastructure to ensure secure and continuous business operations.

      The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in network administration, particularly in working with F5 LTM, Checkpoint/Juniper firewalls, and Cisco network devices, and is comfortable providing support during off-hours, weekends, and on-call rotations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network incidents
      • Resolve all network-related issues and drive resolutions for uninterrupted business operations
      • Rotate daytime/evening shifts and participate in after-hours/on-call support
      • Conduct proactive audits of network devices to ensure compliance with security and operational policies
      • Implement network change requests in accordance with formal Change Management (CM) procedures
      • Install, upgrade, and maintain all network infrastructure components
      • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of processes in line with ITIL standards
      • Continuously improve incident resolution quality and implement preventive measures

      Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

      • Extensive experience with F5 LTM load balancers
      • In-depth knowledge of Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls
      • Strong administration experience with Cisco IOS routers and Nexus OS switches
      • Advanced troubleshooting abilities across desktops, servers, networks, and firewalls
      • Proficiency in network protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, and TCP/IP
      • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
      • Strong customer service orientation and a responsible, professional attitude
      • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within remote, matrixed teams
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; or a minimum of 10 years of equivalent work experience in network administration
      • Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale enterprise networks
      • Willingness and availability to work off-hours, weekends, and on-call support rotations
      • U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
