Job Description
- Req#: req15237
- Ondersteuning bij klanten van Cisco Nexus of Huawei netwerken gaande van kleine campus tot grote datacenters.
- Ondersteuning van Wireless LAN oplossingen op basis van Cisco access points en controllers.
- Monitoring van netwerken van remote offices tot application monitoring.
- Voor overkoepelende incidenten en changes werk je samen met collega's uit andere expertisedomeinen (Explore, UC, Security, Systems …).
- 2e lijns support ondersteuning: remote diagnose van incidenten, opvolgen tickets, uitvoeren van changes
- Remote en On-Site interventies op de geïnstalleerde apparatuur van onze klanten. Deze interventies kunnen zowel tijdens de kantooruren zijn als erbuiten.
- Deelname aan wachtdienst binnen je team, voor ondersteuning van onze klanten buiten de standaard werkuren.
- Correcte administratieve opvolging zoals o.a. correcte tijdsregistratie en het onderhouden van correcte, kwalitatieve documentatie.
- Samenwerken met andere teams in kader van geïntegreerde end-2-end oplossingen
- Opvolgen en ondersteunen van technologische evolutie binnen het domein.
- Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring met Cisco oplossingen
- Kennis van Meraki en Fortinet is een plus
- Certificatie CCNA of hoger is een plus
- Kennis van Wireless controllers is een plus
- Sterke pro-activiteit, klantgerichtheid en focus op kwaliteit
- Flexibiliteit voor werken buiten de uren en wachtdienst
- Vlot Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven), minstens een passieve kennis van het Frans
- Oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Bereid tot interventies buiten de werkuren en meedraaien in on-call nacht en weekend (gemiddeld 1 week op 7)

Binnen de Proximus EBU organisatie is het Operations Team/Secure Networking team verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van datanetwerken bij onze ICT klanten alsook het Datacenter waar verschillende platformen en applicaties draaien voor deze klanten. Onze voornaamste projecten zijn:
