      Job Overview:

      We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with experience in Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Teams unified communications solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our organization's network and telephony infrastructure, including Teams-based telephony and collaboration services. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising and maintaining the overall network infrastructure, ensuring its efficient performance and availability.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design and implement Teams-based telephony solutions for the organization, including configuring, deploying, and handling phone systems, call routing, and voice mail.
      • Handle the day-to-day operations of the network and telephony infrastructure, including resolving any issues that arise.
      • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Teams-based telephony solutions with other enterprise systems.
      • Develop and maintain system documentation and network diagrams to ensure the accurate representation of the network infrastructure and its dependencies.
      • Conduct regular performance and security assessments of the network and telephony infrastructure to ensure its efficient performance and compliance with industry standard processes.
      • Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Teams-based telephony solutions and ensure its adoption across the organization.
      • Handle vendor relationships and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

      Requirements:

      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

      Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting network and telephony solutions, including Cisco Call Manager and Teams-based telephony solutions.

      Solid grasp of network and telephony protocols, including routing protocols, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, and Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP).

      In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.

      Hands-on experience with Teams-based telephony solutions, including configuring phone systems, call routing, and voice mail.

      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex network issues.

      Good communication with the ability to work closely with multi-functional teams.

      Solid understanding of network security principles and standard processes.

      Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds and Nagios.

      Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred.
