- Design and Implementation: Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and services across development to production environments.
- Management and Monitoring: Monitor performance, manage costs, and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud resources.
- Automation: Develop and maintain scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automated deployment, configuration, monitoring, and reporting to ensure a resilient and scalable environment.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, ensure data protection, and maintain compliance with policies.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with cloud-based platforms and applications.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver secure, efficient solutions. Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and operational processes.
- On-Call: Participate in an on-call rotation and assist in resolving infrastructure and network incidents when required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Infrastructure or Network Engineer in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals — VLANs, routing, NAT, load balancing, and troubleshooting across Layers 2–7.
- Experience with firewalls and edge services, preferably Palo Alto (Panorama), F5 BIG-IP (LTM, iRules), and CDN/WAF platforms such as Cloudflare.
- Proficiency in packet capture and traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump).
- Experience with Linux-based systems and automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud environments (AWS, OCI, or similar), including VPC design, routing, and hybrid connectivity.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, including DDoS mitigation and WAF management.
- Ability to document, communicate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
