      Voice Network Engineer- Telecom Domain - NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Kolkata


      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • attend customer site 1 day/week
      • on-call and after-hours support (1 weekend/month)
      • Maintain institutional knowledge of client architecture, global network, and cyber-security environment.
      • Drives release management projects
      • Review billing details
      • Manage the overall technical relationship between client.
      • Participates in Client’s change meeting, design and project meetings and completes the portion of the necessary inputs.
      • Escalate issues involving the technical aspects of the Services to the executive level, as appropriate.
      • Assess technical, deployment, and operational requirements and develop detailed design solutions for complex solutions.
      • Develop new service definitions, solutions, and processes, as necessary.
      • Drive service process improvements based on the client experiences, requests, and recommendations.
      • Participate in high-level risk and impact analysis activities during the development of work orders.
      • Participate in incident meetings
      • Analyze aspects of the client network, as directed by the client.
      • Provide the client with recommendations regarding key technology, architecture, and vendor decisions.
      • Enforce key policies and practices across the infrastructure via network audits. Provide guidance and oversight for Engineering Management functions.


      Qualifications:

      • Expertise supporting Cisco routers, Zscaler ZIA, Cisco voice (SIP + ISDN), Aruba SDWAN Edge Connect and Broadcom Velocloud
        • This career step requires senior level experience. Operates company internal data communications systems, including WANs.

        • Voice over IP (VoIP)
        • Biling
        • ServiceNow, Office365 comprehensive knowledge
      • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
      • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • Certificates within network/security domain (CCNA, CCNP) desirable
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
