      As a Network Initiatives Business Relationship Manager - VP within the Networks Initiative and Advocacy Solutions Group, you will support the development of strategic Network Initiatives with a focus on promoting value for the Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) group. This position offers the opportunity to manage CCB Network Initiatives Book of Work through complex and highly visible projects, build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, and manage external partner relationships with key network partners. You will be able to utilize your comprehensive relationship management skill set to deliver strategic initiatives within a cross line of business and a matrix organization.

      Job responsibilities

      • Manage CCB Network Initiatives Book of Work through complex and highly visible projects that can vary in length from 6 month to 6 months from research through implementation
      • Utilize comprehensive project management skill set to deliver strategic initiatives within cross line of business and a matrix organization
      • Manage external partner relationships with key network partners
      • Build strong relationships and work with business and technical stakeholders, CCB Strategy, Payment Network Office, Product Owners/Area Product Owners, and Agile Technology Teams, to support Chase’s network initiatives

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor’s Degree required
      • 5+ years of experience leading the delivery of large and complex tech and digital projects
      • Extensive experience that demonstrates use of all project management responsibilities such as creating agendas, taking and distributing meeting minutes, creating project plans, maintaining RAID logs, etc.
      • Knowledge of Credit Card’s issuing network systems such as authorizations and settlement processes
      • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
      • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, including storytelling in PowerPoint

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment requiring flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, high priority projects concurrently
      • Communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) and be able to influence decisions
      • Work independently, drive project deliverables, ability to build relationships across all levels, and influence key stakeholders
      • Be results-oriented, intellectually curious with attention to detail and bias towards action
      • Be able to interview subject matter experts, compile large amounts of information, and communicate research to senior leadership in multiple formats
      • Credit Card and a Consulting background preferred
