      LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a Network Manager to join our Provider Relations team and support our growing business.

      **Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area, with the ability to travel about 25% of the time throughout the Atlantic Coast of northeastern FL. Candidate may reside in any of the following counties: Nassau, Baker, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Flagler, and Volusia.

      This position will develop a strong provider network, recruit and retain network providers, and train and educate providers to ensure compliance with LIBERTY's policies and procedures. Position is fully remote with regular travel.

      POSITION OVERVIEW

      • Recruit General Dentists and Specialists for various networks.
      • Review competitor information and propose strategies to meet recruitment needs.
      • Analyze existing network providers and determine if additional recruitment of providers is necessary to meet access standards.
      • Research and analyze fee schedules within assigned territory to determine cost effectiveness of contracting providers.
      • Counsel providers with aberrant utilization or questionable billing patterns to ensure compliance.
      • Work with offices to collect necessary contract documents and follow up on missing documents.
      • Conduct on-site structural audit and orientation according to established guidelines.
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers to assure stable networks.
      • Complete monthly activity reports and provide updates on various recruitment projects.
      • Assist offices with claims issues, grievances and other contract-related issues.

      WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

      • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
      • 3+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, working with a dental office , or related.
      • Understanding of dental or health insurance and recruiting / contracting and servicing providers for an insurance network.
      • Medicaid and/or Medicare experience preferred.
      • Previous sales and customer service experience strongly preferred.
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
      • Ability to negotiate fee schedules with providers.
      • Knowledge of dental terminology highly preferred.
      • Strong presentation skills.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language; bilingual a plus.
      • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance with minimum liability of $100,000 of coverage.
      • Must have reliable transportation. Position requires travel by car, which may include nights and weekends for special events.


      COMPENSATION:

      In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $58,760 - $76,388 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
