Job Description
- Req#: 577190
- Modelling for Common Rest Bus Simulation to enable Powertrain Software (ICE/EV/Hybrid) Validation across different Platforms.
- Understand Mercedes Benz EE Network Architecture and topologies
- Strengthen EE Network design competence at MBRDI
- Understand the HiL EE Network design processes and Tool chains (dSPACE RTICANMM, RTILINMM, FRCT, ETHCP)
- Analyze the impact of change in signals, frames , properties on the network characteristics
- Take decisions to implement the network requirement after discussion with all the impacted stake holders from Germany/India
- Automation of Network Model implementation Workflow.
- Process adherence by team for deliverables.
- Support scheduling of tasks and timely completion of implementations.
- Ability to comprehend the system level architecture of set of ECUs and experience with ECU communication protocols like CAN, LIN , FlexRay/ Automotive Ethernet
- In depth know how of creating model in Simulink environment.
- Good understanding of signal frame mapping and message structure, various types of transmit frames - periodic, event based
- Good analytical skills in network timing analysis, busload and message latency on network.
- Experience in usage of vector tool chain like CANoe, CANalyzer
- Programming skills required - m-Scripting
- Programming using Python/Perl and VB
- Know-how of dSPACE network tool chains like RTICANMM, RTILINMM, Bus Manager, ETH Configuration package (ETHCP), Flexray Configuration tool (FRCP).
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Successful track record in Project execution : Ownership of project activities and getting it delivered
- German language proficiency is an advantage
