This role is based at the CVG19 site located in Erlanger, KY and is not available for remote work.

Eligibility Requirements

Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate Unit Load Device (ULD) and Infinity bag balancing across Amazon Air Network Gateways
- Monitor dashboards to track daily ULD and Infinity bag counts at gateways and coordinate movements to rebalance
- Coordinate and relay late line haul information between Gateway, Corporate and line haul teams
- Deep dive variances in Contrails reporting and ACL reporting and then report findings through leadership to resolve
- Monitor gateway weather conditions to mitigate impacts to ULD balancing
- Monitor and verify gateway compliance and report formatting
- Publish performance metrics to assist with driving business results
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in ULD and Infinity bag balancing operations
- Understand business impact of trends and make decisions based on available data
- Escalate problems or variances in the information and data to relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure delivery
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed
- Communication via telephone, chime communications, and video telecommunications
- Work independently in a high-pressure environment
- Build partnership capacity across Amazon Gateways
A day in the life
Network Operation Associates assist in the resolution of stakeholder issues of daily freight movements flowing into and out of the Amazon Air Network. An ideal candidate has a background in either Air or Ground Transportation and excellent data-driven problem resolution skills. This role will pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within current systems.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
