What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter ticket notes and time into the ticketing system while managing assigned tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in maintaining client inventory through asset discovery and device checks
- Identify and resolve technical issues, including anti-virus, patching, and firmware updates
- Provide technical support for client devices and software applications, including troubleshooting and user account management
- Document processes and update knowledge base information to improve service efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an enterprise service desk environment, preferably in Managed Services
- Active Directory experience is required
- Proficient use of applicable technology and ability to follow technical instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related field of information systems or technology
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial or healthcare
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft, A+, Network+, ITIL/ITSM, Security+, or similar
- Experience with common MSP tools such as ConnectWise or N-Able/N-Central
- Previous Managed Services or Call Center experience is preferred
